Cash Pay options:
Initial session: 1 hour- $150
Follow-up sessions: 1 hour- $125
Packages:
3 sessions: $350
5 sessions: $575
10 sessions: 1,100
Each package comes with a meal plan and messaging through a secure app.

When we work together, you’re not getting generic advice — you’re getting a partner who helps you understand your own data and turn it into a plan that actually works for your life.
I review the information that matters most for managing your health, including glucose readings, lab values, and your history with different eating approaches.
From there, we build an individualized game plan tailored to your goals. That might look like exploring :
Portion sizes
Creating meal ideas
Practicing label reading
Supporting Intuitive Eeating practices
Walking through current challenges and offering support and guidance
Or using food logs in a way that feels supportive, not stressful.
If you’re monitoring glucose levels, I can guide you through using a blood glucose meter or a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and help you understand what your numbers mean.
We can also talk through how your medications interact with your appetite, glucose responses, and overall eating patterns
